Member & Guest Cancellation Policy
Fees apply for booking alterations and cancellations. Conditions apply
Alterations and cancellations must be made by calling the Lodge Manager/Booking Officer 0477 274 242 and also forwarding an email to
- Any alterations to booked dates will incur a $25 Club administration fee per change.
- For bookings cancelled more than 21 days in advance of the first night of booked accommodation, a credit will be issued less a $50 Club administration fee
- For bookings cancelled less than 21 days in advance of the first night of booked accommodation, no refund or credit will be issued unless all rooms of the lodge are occupied, in which case, a Club $50 administration fee will apply
- “No show”, your booking will be forfeited, no refund, no credit plus a $50 fee
- Documentary evidence such as a doctor's certificate must be provided to the Asgaard Committee if the cancellation or alteration is due to an emergency or medical issue
- Accommodation refunds are not issued due to lack of snow or poor weather conditions.
